Admission Requirements

To qualify for admission into any of the UNIPORT Sandwich Programmes, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. O’Level Requirements:
   • A minimum of five O’Level credits in SSCE, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE, including compulsory passes in English Language and Mathematics.
   • Credits in three other relevant subjects related to the chosen area of study.
2. Additional Qualifications:
   • Candidates with a UNIPORT Certificate Programme or its equivalent from recognized universities are eligible to apply.
   • HND or non-education degree holders may apply for a two-year programme if they successfully complete all compulsory and General Education Studies (GES) courses, as well as teaching practice exercises for the first two years.
   • OND holders may apply for a three-year programme under similar conditions.
   • Candidates with an NCE Certificate and a merit pass can apply for the Post-NCE programme.
   • Graduates with post-secondary school qualifications (Post-SSC) are eligible for National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) participation.
