Admission status can be verified either through the Covenant University admission portal or the JAMB CAPS portal. If your name appears on the list, it is important to accept the offer promptly and pay your acceptance fee to secure your spot.

How to Check Covenant University Admission Status Online

Option 1 – Using the School Portal

  1. Visit the Covenant University portal: https://covenantuniversity.edu.ng
  2. Log in with your student credentials.
  3. Click on the “Check Admission Status” link to view your status.

Option 2 – Through JAMB CAPS

  1. Go to the JAMB e-facility site: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng
  2. Log in using your JAMB email and password.
  3. Navigate to “Check Admission Status”.
  4. Click “Access My CAPS” to proceed.
  5. Select “Admission Status” to see if you’ve been offered admission.
  6. If using a mobile device, switch to Desktop Site mode in your browser settings for better viewing.

Note:

  • If you see “Congratulations”, you’ve been admitted—go ahead and accept the offer.
  • If it says “Admission in Progress”, your application is still under review—keep checking.
  • If the message reads “Not Admitted”, don’t panic; supplementary lists may still be released.

Covenant University Acceptance Fee 2024/2025

Once admitted, candidates are expected to pay an Acceptance Fee of ₦50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) to confirm their admission. Follow the instructions below to pay:

Steps to Pay the Acceptance Fee

  1. Go to: http://portal.covenantuniversity.edu.ng/Admission/
  2. Log in with your JAMB Registration Number as both your username and password.
  3. Print your notification slip for documentation.
  4. Visit any designated bank listed below and request to pay Covenant University Acceptance Fee.
  5. Make payment in full – no installment options are allowed.
  6. Collect your payment receipt and PIN, which are required to complete your payment online.
  7. Return to the school portal, log in, click on “PAY FEES”, input the necessary details, and finalize your payment.
