• Health status certificate (including HIV, Hepatitis B & C tests)
• CV or resume
• Motivation letter
• Proof of English proficiency:
  • Undergraduate: IELTS 5 / TOEFL 40
  • Other levels: IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL 50

Important: All documents must be translated into English or Russian and notarized.

How to Apply – Step-by-Step Process

The application process consists of two major stages:

Stage 1: Official Nomination (Deadline: May 15, 2025)

• You must be nominated by your country’s official authorities (e.g., Ministry of Education or Foreign Affairs, or your country’s Embassy).
• Submit all required documents to your national nominating authority.

Stage 2: Online Application via SIACAS Portal (June 1–15, 2025)

• If nominated, apply through the Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission System (SIACAS) at portal.edu.az.
• Choose the appropriate admission channel to complete your application.

Selection Process

• All applications undergo a document review
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for online interviews
• Final results will be announced by July 2025
