  • WAEC and NECO results can be combined.
  • Applicants must reside in the local government area where the application is made.
  • Age requirement: between 18 and 35 years.

  1. Generate REMITA Invoice – Visit the Bursary Department at ADCNS to initiate your payment process.
  2. Make Payment – Pay the sum of ₦8,000 for the application and ₦2,000 for the CBT screening at Stanbic IBTC Bank using the REMITA details.
  3. Collect Scratch Card – After payment, collect your scratch card, which provides access to the online portal.
  4. Apply Online – Use the card to access the official ADCNS Application Portal, fill out your form accurately, and submit.
  5. Print Screening Exam Slip – After submission, print your screening slip.
  6. Submit Credentials – Present the printed slip along with photocopies of your academic credentials at the college registration office before the deadline.
