The Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE) has officially announced the matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students of the 2024/2025 academic session. This ceremony marks the formal induction of freshers into the university community and highlights the academic and ethical responsibilities expected of them.

Matriculation Ceremony Details

• Date: Wednesday, 5th February 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Venue: New 500 Capacity Building, beside the ICT Building

Matriculation Gown Payment & Collection

All fresh students are required to pay for and collect their matriculation gowns before the event. Payment can be made through the respective colleges or at the Students’ Union Government (SUG) building.

Important Instructions for Freshers

• Attendance is compulsory for all newly admitted students.
• Freshers must be seated before the official start time.
• Proper academic attire, including the matriculation gown, is required for participation.
