This highly competitive, fully funded program is designed to help academically brilliant students cover all up-front costs of studying in the U.S., from application fees to flight and visa expenses.

What the OFP Covers
- GRE/TOEFL test fees
- U.S. university application fees
- International passport and visa processing
- SEVIS fees
- Flight ticket to the United States
- Settling-in allowance (if funds permit)
- Internet/data support and document mailing (in extenuating cases)
- Personalized guidance through the U.S. college application process
Who Can Apply?
Undergraduate Applicants
- Must be currently in SS3 or have WAEC May/June results
- Must have strong academic records from SS1 & SS2
- Not currently enrolled in a university
- Must demonstrate leadership and active participation in extracurricular/community service
Graduate Applicants
- Must possess a university degree or final year results
- Must have a solid academic background and community service
- GRE scores (recommended for Engineering applicants)
- Strong academic CV and supporting certificates
