The E-JUST TICAD8 African Scholarships for Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) are now accepting applications for the 2025 academic year. These scholarships are provided by the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) as part of a partnership between the Egyptian Government and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
Scholarship Benefits

- 33 M.Sc. scholarships
- 40 Ph.D. scholarships

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be researchers, instructors, or prospective researchers/instructors in Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Applicants must hold African nationality (excluding Egypt) and currently reside in an African country.
- Candidates in the military are not eligible.
- Must pass an academic interview and oral examination.
- Endorsement from the home institution is required to confirm the candidate’s intent to return after completing their studies.
