The Dr Ben Attah Foundation has opened its scholarship portal for the 2025 Tertiary Institutions Scholarship Award, offering financial support to deserving students. Applications are open from Wednesday, 1 January 2025, to Monday, 31 March 2025.

Application Requirements
Documents to Prepare
- Certificate of Origin for residents of Okobo LGA.
- Recommendation letter from a Certified Chief or Senior Civil Servant.
- Recent exam results from your institution.
- JAMB result slip.
- Reference letter from your Head of Department or Senior Lecturer.
- Draft application letter (maximum 500 words) outlining your contributions to Okobo LGA and society.
- Ensure all contact details (email and phone) are accurate for yourself and your referees.
How to Apply
Step 1: Visit the Scholarship Portal
- Go to the Dr Ben Attah Foundation website and navigate to the Scholarships/Awards section.
Step 2: Complete the Application Form
- Select the Tertiary Institution Application Form.
- Upload all required documents in PDF format (maximum of 10 attachments).
- Attach your application letter.
Step 3: Review and Submit
- Verify that all documents are correctly uploaded.
- Click “Send” to finalize your application.
Post-Application Process
- Disqualification Notification: Applicants who do not meet the requirements will be notified within two weeks after the portal closes.
- First Review Feedback: Updates on the initial review will be provided within 60 days of the portal closing.
- Final Award Announcement: Successful applicants will be notified three months after the portal closes.
