First Semester
- 7th October 2024: Online payment for school and accommodation fees begins for returning students.
- 20th October 2024: Fresh and returning students resume on campus.
- 21st October 2024: Screening and medicals for fresh students; course registration starts for returning students.
- 28th October 2024: Fresh students begin course registration.
- 4th November 2024: Lectures commence for all students.
- 12th–14th November 2024: Orientation for fresh students.
- 15th November 2024: Matriculation ceremony for fresh students.
- 20th December 2024: Registration closes for all students.
- 20th December 2024–5th January 2025: Christmas and New Year break.
- 6th–10th January 2025: Late registration with penalty fees.
- 10th January 2025: Last day to add/drop courses, and deadline for temporary withdrawal/deferment.
- 7th February 2025: Lectures end.
- 10th–14th February 2025: Revision week.
- 17th February 2025: First semester examinations begin.
- 28th February 2025: First semester examinations end.
- 3rd March–16th March 2025: First semester break.
- 3rd March–24th March 2025: Marking of examination scripts and release of first semester results.
Second Semester
- 16th March 2025: Students resume for the second semester.
- 17th March 2025: Lectures begin.
- 15th–18th April 2025: BCOS meeting.
- 30th April 2025: Senate meeting.
- 27th June 2025: Lectures end.
- 30th June–4th July 2025: Revision week.
- 7th July 2025: Second semester examinations start.
- 18th July 2025: Second semester examinations end.
- 23rd July 2025: Second semester break begins.
- 18th July–1st August 2025: Marking of examination scripts.
- 4th–15th August 2025: Departments and faculties consider results.
- 20th–22nd August 2025: BCOS considers results.
- 27th August 2025: Senate considers results.
- 5th September 2025: Release of second semester results.
