Matriculation Ceremony Schedule

• Calabar Campus: Thursday, 12th December 2024
• Ogoja and Okuku Campuses: Friday, 13th December 2024

Participation Requirements

1. Payment of Fees

• Students must pay their school fees and the matriculation fee in full before the ceremony.
• Failure to complete payment will result in exclusion from the matriculation register and forfeiture of admission.

2. Deadline for Fee Payment

• Fee payments will not be accepted after the matriculation ceremony.

3. Registration and Documentation

• After completing fee payments, students must visit their respective departments and faculties for registration.
• Proof of payment is required to obtain the matriculation gown from faculty officers.

4. Return of Matriculation Gowns

• Gowns must be returned no later than two days after the ceremony.
• A late-return fee of ₦2,000 per day applies to gowns returned more than one week after the ceremony.

Expectations During the Ceremony

• Students must conduct themselves respectfully throughout the event.
• Acts of misconduct will attract disciplinary actions as per university regulations.
