Admission Requirements for RECTEM ND Programmes

To be eligible for RECTEM’s ND programmes, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. UTME Requirement: Candidates must have participated in the 2024/2025 UTME.
2. O’Level Requirements: A minimum of five (5) O’level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings from SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB, or their equivalents.

Specific Requirements for Certain Courses

• ND Accountancy/ND Business Administration and Management: Credits in English Language, Mathematics, and 2 or 3 other credits in Commercial Subjects.
• ND Architectural Technology: Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and two other subjects such as Economics, Biology, Geography, Chemistry, Fine Art, or Technical Drawing.
• ND Quantity Surveying: Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and two subjects like Economics, Commerce, Technical Drawing, or Fine Art.
• ND Estate Management & Valuation: Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Economics, a science subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology), and Geography or Technical Drawing.
• ND Computer Science: Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and two subjects like Geography, Further Mathematics, or Chemistry.
• ND Science Laboratory Technology: Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and two subjects like Chemistry, Biology, or Agricultural Science.
• ND Engineering Courses (Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology): Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one other related technical subject.
