✅ LASU Admission Screening Eligibility Requirements
Before applying, make sure you meet all the criteria listed below:
For UTME Candidates:
- Must have chosen LASU as first choice in 2025 UTME
- Must score 195 or above in UTME
- Must be at least 16 years old by October 1, 2025
- Must have five (5) O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings
- Medical programme applicants: O’Level credits must be obtained in one sitting only
- Candidates who didn’t initially choose LASU must process a Change of Institution via JAMB before applying
- Indigenes of Lagos State validated by the Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee (IIVC) are automatically eligible
For Direct Entry Applicants:
- Must have a JUPEB, NCE, OND, HND, or equivalent qualification
- Must also possess five O’Level credits including English and Maths (not more than two sittings)
- Must have obtained a Direct Entry form via JAMB
💻 How to Apply for LASU Post UTME / Direct Entry Form 2025/2026
Follow these steps carefully to complete your application:
Step 1: Visit the Official Portal
Go to https://lasu.edu.ng
Step 2: Access the Application
- Click on the ‘Student’ menu
- Select ‘New Applicants’
- Choose UTME/DE Screening
Step 3: Login
- Enter your UTME Registration Number and Surname
Step 4: Make Payment
- Select your payment method and pay the ₦2,000 application fee
Step 5: Fill in Application Form
- Input all required personal, academic, and UTME/DE details accurately
- Save as you go
Step 6: Upload Required Documents
- Upload a scanned copy of your UTME result slip (PDF format, max size: 30KB)
- Enter your O’Level details (select number of sittings, input subject grades, etc.)
- Upload all required documents
Step 7: Print Screening Slip
- Once done, print your LASU Screening Result slip and Temporary Self-Screening Report for future reference

- All candidates are strongly advised to apply early. Late applications may not be considered.
- Carefully cross-check your entries before final submission. No corrections will be allowed after submission.
- LASU may disqualify candidates with inconsistent data or mismatched names/photos across documents.
