✅ FUOTUOKE Post UTME Eligibility Criteria 2025/2026

1. First Choice Candidates:

• Must have selected FUOTUOKE as their First Choice in the 2025 UTME.
• Must have scored 150 or higher in the JAMB UTME.

2. Change of Institution Candidates:

• Must have updated their institution on the JAMB portal to FUOTUOKE before applying.
• Must also have a JAMB score of 150 and above.

Both categories must complete the application before the deadline.

📋 How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Post UTME Screening 2025/2026

Follow these steps to complete your application correctly:

1. Visit the official portal: https://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng
2. Pay the ₦2,000 non-refundable fee using ATM card (Interswitch, Verve, or Mastercard).
3. Fill the online application form with correct bio-data and academic details.
4. Upload the following documents:
   • Passport Photograph (JPG format)
   • O’Level Results with scratch card PIN (PDF format)
   • LGA Certificate of Origin (PDF format)
   • Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF format)
5. Review all entries, submit your application, and print the acknowledgment slip.
