Day 1: Wednesday, 4th September, 2024

  • Faculty of Environmental Sciences

Note: The the venue for all the screening exercises, including Law and Agriculture, will be at the main campus, Uturu, commencing at 10.00am each day.

How to Know if you are Qualified for the Screening Exercise:

You can apply for ABSU Post UTME Screening if:

  • You chose Abia State University as your first, second or third choice or you did not choose the university but you want to change to ABSU
  • You scored above ABSU cut off mark of 140 in your JAMB UTME Examination
  • You possess the basic five O’level credit passes in accordance with the university entry requirement for your course of choise
  • You are a DE student.

Screening Exercise Registration Procedure

  1. Register for the screening exercise online by logging into www.abiastateuniversity.edu.ng and making e-payment of two thousand Naira(₦2,000) in any of the following Banks:
    • ABSU Micro-Finance Bank, Uturu
    • Signature Bank
    • Eco Bank Plc
    • Zenith Bank Plc
    • Fidelity Bank Plc
    • Union Bank Plc
    • UBA Plc
    • Pay online via direct Debit Cards
  2. Candidates who do not register for the Post-UTME screening exercise will not be considered for admission
  3. Further details about the screening exercise can be obtained online at www.abiastateuniversity.edu.ng
