Required Documents for Screening
All documents must be presented in two white flat files and include:
- Physical and mental fitness certificate from a government-recognised hospital.
- Character reference from the Village or District Head.
- Certificate of Origin signed by the Local Government Chairman or Secretary.
- National Identity Number (NIN) slip.
- Original and photocopies of O’ Level results, birth certificate or age declaration, and JAMB result.
- Printed application form and invitation slip.
- Completed guarantor’s form.
Candidates must dress in a plain white T-shirt and shorts and ensure their documents are complete to avoid disqualification.
