4. Medical Examinations: Comprehensive health checks.

Screening Schedule and Preparation

Candidates must adhere strictly to the schedule provided on their invitation slip, which is downloadable from the Nigeria Police Academy website. Accommodation will be available for all participants during the exercises.

Required Documents for Screening

All documents must be presented in two white flat files and include:

• Physical and mental fitness certificate from a government-recognised hospital.
• Character reference from the Village or District Head.
• Certificate of Origin signed by the Local Government Chairman or Secretary.
• National Identity Number (NIN) slip.
• Original and photocopies of O’ Level results, birth certificate or age declaration, and JAMB result.
• Printed application form and invitation slip.
• Completed guarantor’s form.

Candidates must dress in a plain white T-shirt and shorts and ensure their documents are complete to avoid disqualification.
