Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY), Abeokuta, has announced the indefinite closure of its campus, effective Monday, 13th January 2025. The closure follows a student protest regarding the institution’s directive to verify National Diploma (ND) results from their previous schools.
The management cited safety concerns as the primary reason for the closure, urging students to stay off-campus for their security and the protection of lives and property. The institution reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining academic integrity and a zero-tolerance policy for fake results.
