Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, has announced the matriculation ceremony schedule for the 2024/2025 academic session. The event will officially admit new students into the university.

Matriculation Ceremony Schedule

• Date: Thursday, 6 February 2025
• Time: 8:00 a.m.
• Venue: The Great Hall

All matriculating students must gather in front of The Great Hall by 8:00 a.m. Faculty Officers will lead students into the hall at 8:30 a.m. Late arrivals will not be allowed into the venue.

Academic Gown Collection

• Collection Date: Wednesday, 5 February 2025
• Location: Respective Faculty Offices

New students must collect their academic gowns from their Faculty Offices on time. Late collection may cause delays on the matriculation day.

Dress Code and Conduct

• Students must be properly dressed.
• Those who fail to follow the dress code will be denied entry.
• Faculty Officers will enforce the dress code.

Important Guidelines

✔ Arrive early to avoid missing the event.
✔ Collect academic gowns before the ceremony.
✔ Follow all instructions from Faculty Officers.
✔ Maintain order and discipline during the ceremony.
