Kano State Polytechnic has outlined the registration process for Basic and Remedial students admitted for the 2024/2025 academic session. This step-by-step guide ensures a seamless process, covering admission confirmation, fee payments, screening, and final documentation.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Confirm Admission

• Log in to your student account to accept or reject the admission offer.

Step 2: Pay Initial Fees

• Make the following payments:
  • Admission Acceptance Fee: ₦5,000
  • Student Handbook Fee: ₦2,000
• These payments must be completed before printing the admission letter.

Step 3: Screening at the School of Basic and Remedial Studies

• Visit the School of Basic and Remedial Studies at Sheik Ja’afar Mahmud Adam Road (Dorayi Road).

• Present your documents for verification.

• Ensure the admission letter is signed and stamped by the screening officer.

Step 4: Indigene Screening

• Proceed to the Student Affairs Office for indigene screening.

• The officer will confirm your status and document it.

Step 5: Payment Upload

• Submit a copy of your signed admission letter to the MIS Officer to upload your payment details.

Step 6: Complete Online Registration

• Log in to your student account to:
  • Pay the Central Registration Fee.
  • Print receipts, Course Registration Form (CRF), and Student Examination Card.

Step 7: Payment Authentication

• Visit the Bursary Department at the Central Administration to authenticate your payments.

Step 8: ID Card Payment

• Head to the Consultancy Unit at the Central Administration to make payment for your student ID card.

Step 9: Final Documentation

• Submit photocopies of all required credentials along with two recent passport photographs to your department for final documentation.
