The Kano State College of Nursing Sciences has officially opened its admission portal for the Basic and Community Midwifery Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This opportunity is available across multiple campuses, including Kano, Dambatta, Gwarzo, and Madobi. Applications are open from 9 December to 31 December 2023.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possess five credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Credits must be obtained in no more than two sittings using WAEC or NECO.
• NABTEB results are accepted but must be completed in one sitting.
• For the Community Midwifery Programme, application forms must be collected from the Admission Office at the Kano Campus.

The application fee is ₦5,000 (excluding bank charges). Follow these steps to apply:

1. Visit the Kano State College of Nursing Sciences portal.
2. Click on “Apply” or “Start Application”.
3. Enter a valid email address and submit.
4. Verify your email using the link sent to your inbox or spam folder.
5. Provide your personal details, including first name, last name, phone number, school of choice, course, and a secure password.
6. Pay the non-refundable application fee via ATM, bank transfer, or directly at the bank.
7. Print your payment evidence and complete the registration process.
8. Reprint your acknowledgement slip after approval and await details of the entrance examination.
