If you recently took the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), you’re probably eager to check your results. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) offers two ways to access your UTME results: the Print Result Slip service (paid) and the free UTME Result Check option (currently unavailable). Below is a step-by-step guide on how to check your JAMB result online.
Method 1: Check JAMB Result via Print Result Slip (₦1,500)
This is the official method currently available for checking and printing your JAMB result slip.
Step 1: Visit the JAMB eFacility Portal

Go to the official JAMB eFacility portal: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng
Log in using your email address and password created during registration.
Step 2: Click on ‘Print Result Slip’

Once logged in, locate and click on the “Print Result Slip” tab on your dashboard.
Step 3: Make Payment

You’ll be prompted to choose a payment option (Remita or other available methods).
Follow the prompts and pay the required ₦1,500 fee.
Step 4: Print Your Result

After successful payment, return to the portal.
Select your Exam Year and enter your JAMB Registration Number.
Then click “Print Result” to download or print your original result slip.
Alternative Method: Free UTME Result Checker (Currently Unavailable)
Previously, candidates could check their results via the free UTME Result Checker on the JAMB portal. However, this feature is currently not available. You must use the paid option for now.
Important Notes:
- The result slip includes your scores in each subject, overall aggregate, and candidate details.
- The printed result slip is useful for admission screening, NYSC registration, and other official purposes.
- Ensure you’re using a valid JAMB profile with correct login credentials.
Currently, the only working method to check and print your JAMB result is through the Print Result Slip service, which requires a ₦1,500 payment. Visit the JAMB eFacility portal, log in, make your payment, and download your result. Always stay updated on the JAMB portal in case the free UTME result checking service becomes available again.
