Latest Update on UNILAG Direct Entry Screening
The Direct Entry Online Registration Portal will reopen from Friday, 6th December, to Monday, 9th December 2024. This extension is specifically for candidates who resolved name-alignment issues with JAMB or JUPEB.
Eligibility Criteria for UNILAG Direct Entry Screening
To apply for the screening, candidates must:
- Have selected UNILAG as their first choice during the 2024/2025 Direct Entry JAMB application.
- Possess five credit passes at one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics, in relevant O’Level subjects.
- Be at least 16 years old by 31st October 2024.
Important Notes for Applicants
- Candidates under 16 years of age by the deadline are not eligible.
- Ensure all personal details match across your documents to avoid disqualification.
- Non-participation in the online registration will result in disqualification.
- Former students whose admissions were withdrawn for academic reasons may reapply for a different course. Expelled students are ineligible.
Step-by-Step Application Guide
- Visit the Official UNILAG Portal
- Go to the UNILAG Admissions Page and select 2024/2025 Direct Entry (DE) Application.
- Login Credentials
- Use your Direct Entry Application number as the username.
- Use your surname in lowercase as the password.
- Payment Process
- Generate the payment advice for the ₦2,000 screening fee.
- Pay at any commercial bank or online through the portal.
- Complete the Screening Form
- Fill out the form with accurate details.
- Upload relevant academic qualifications (e.g., JUPEB, Cambridge A’ Level, HND, OND).
- Verify and Submit
- Double-check all details before submission.
- Print the Direct Entry e-registration slip.
- Submit Credentials
- Submit your e-registration slip and supporting documents to the Admissions Office, Room 174, Senate House, UNILAG. Submission is open from Monday, 7th October, to Friday, 8th November 2024.
