The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), has officially announced the matriculation ceremony for the 2024/2025 academic session. This event marks the formal admission of newly admitted students into the university.

Matriculation Ceremony Details

• Date: Monday, January 27, 2025
• Time: 9:00 AM (Students must arrive by 8:30 AM)
• Venue: Obafemi Awolowo Auditorium, FUTA

Important Instructions

1. Dress Code:
   • Male Students: Neatly dressed in suits and ties.
   • Female Students: Decent and appropriate dresses.
2. Matriculation Register and Oath:
   • All fresh students must sign the Matriculation Register and Oath immediately after the ceremony.
3. Academic Gown Collection:
   • Academic gowns are available for collection at the school office.
4. Mandatory Attendance:
   • Attendance is compulsory for all newly admitted students.
