Daniel Dennis Oche, popularly known as Dheneazi, a 400-level Physics student at the Federal University Lokoja (FUL), has made headlines after winning N2 million at the Kogi International Carnival 2024. The event, held in Lokoja, Kogi State’s capital, included a music talent hunt as part of its activities.

Triumph at the Talent Hunt

Dheneazi emerged as the First Runner-up in the Kogi Music Talent Hunt, securing:

  • N2,000,000 cash prize
  • An additional $500 donation
  • Full sponsorship for a professional music video shoot, pledged by one of the sponsors.

A Dream Realized

Speaking after his win, Dheneazi expressed his overwhelming joy and disbelief. He noted this was his first time participating in a competition of this scale and encouraged fellow students and upcoming artists to embrace their talents and pursue their dreams without hesitation.
