Available Postgraduate Safety Programmes

Professional Diplomas (6 Months)

1. Process Safety Management
   • Learn safety strategies in high-risk industries like oil, gas, and chemicals.
   • Entry Requirement: HND in Science or Engineering.
2. Workplace Safety Management
   • Covers safety planning, risk management, and compliance.
   • Entry Requirement: HND in Science or Engineering.

Professional Master’s Degrees (12 Months)

3. Process Safety Management
   • Focus on accident prevention, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
   • Entry Requirement: BSc in Science or Engineering.
4. Occupational Safety and Health
   • Covers workplace safety regulations, risk mitigation, and worker protection.
   • Entry Requirement: BSc in Science or Engineering.
5. System Safety and Reliability Studies
   • Includes system design, safety audits, and reliability testing.
   • Entry Requirement: BSc in Chemical, Civil, Gas, Electrical, Robotics, or Aviation Engineering.
6. Environmental Safety and Health
   • Focus on air, water, and workplace environmental safety.
   • Entry Requirement: BSc in Science or Engineering.

Study Modes

• Regular Study: Attend in-person classes at Lokoja Main Campus, Port Harcourt Centre, or Abuja Centre.
