FUHSO Admission Requirements
To gain admission into FUHSO, applicants must meet the following academic and eligibility criteria:
1. UTME Requirements
- Candidates must have participated in the UTME for the applicable academic year.
- A minimum UTME score of 140 in relevant subjects is required.
- FUHSO must be chosen as the first choice institution in JAMB. If not, candidates must apply for a change of institution via the JAMB portal.
2. O’Level Requirements
- Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- These credits should be obtained in not more than two sittings from recognized examination bodies (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or SSCE).
3. Awaiting Results Policy
- FUHSO does not accept awaiting results. All applicants must have their complete results before applying.
