Clearance Requirements for ND Programmes
Newly admitted ND students must present the following documents for clearance:
- Post-UTME Screening Result Slip: Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti.
- Application Form: Printed online.
- O’Level Certificate: Original or a signed and stamped statement of result.
- JAMB/UTME Score Printout.
- Change of Institution/Course Form: If applicable, for candidates who switched to the polytechnic.
- Admission Status Printout: From JAMB CAPS.
- JAMB Admission Letter.
- Federal Polytechnic Admission Letter.
- Biodata Printout: From JAMB CAPS.
- Guarantor’s Letters: Two letters from reputable individuals, such as a clergyman or a public officer not below Grade Level 12.
Clearance Requirements for HND Programmes
HND students are required to submit the following documents:
- O’Level Certificate: Original copy.
- ND Statement of Result:
- March 2024 or earlier (Distinction, Upper Credit, Lower Credit).
- March 2023 or earlier (Pass grade).
- Industrial Training (IT) Letter:
- Minimum of 9 months (Distinction, Upper Credit, Lower Credit).
- Minimum of 18 months (Pass grade).
- ND JAMB Admission Letter.
- JAMB Part-Time Application Form: For evening and part-time candidates only.
- Federal Polytechnic Admission Letter.
- Guarantor’s Letters: Two letters from reputable individuals.
- Local Government Certificate of Origin.
- Academic Transcript: Sent directly to the institution for ND graduates from other schools.
