Admission Requirements for ND Programmes

To gain admission into the ND full-time programs at Federal Polytechnic Idah, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • UTME Participation: Candidates must sit for the 2025 UTME and score at least 100.
  • O’Level Results: A minimum of five (5) credit passes, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
  • Institution Choice: Federal Polytechnic Idah must be selected as the first or second choice in JAMB. Alternatively, candidates can do a Change of Institution via the JAMB portal.
  • Post-UTME Screening: All applicants must participate in the school’s Post-UTME screening and meet the required cut-off.
