Bingham University has officially received approval from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to offer the Pharm D. (Doctor of Pharmacy) programme starting from the 2024/2025 academic session.
The approval came after a resource verification visit conducted by a team of NUC experts in late 2023.
A letter confirming the approval was addressed to the Vice-Chancellor of the university and signed by Abubakar M. Girei, the Acting Director of Academic Planning, on behalf of the Executive Secretary of the NUC.
The Vice-Chancellor expressed gratitude to the NUC for this recognition and extended congratulations to the university community. He encouraged staff to remain committed to their duties as the programme moves forward.
This approval marks a significant milestone for Bingham University in expanding its academic offerings.
