Babcock University has announced the resumption schedule for the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. This applies to 200-level to 600-level students for the second semester, as well as 100-level and new 200-level Direct Entry students continuing their first semester.

Resumption Schedule

• Monday, 13th January 2025: 100-level, 500-level, and 600-level students.
• Tuesday, 14th January 2025: 200-level students.
• Wednesday, 15th January 2025: 300-level and 400-level students.
• Thursday, 16th January 2025: Classes commence for all 200-level to 600-level students.

Instructions for Students

• Students must go directly to their assigned halls of residence upon arrival.
• Fee Payment Evidence: Proof of semester fee payment must be presented to gain access to the halls of residence.
• Students with unpaid or insufficient balances will not be allowed to enter the campus.
• 100-level and new 200-level Direct Entry students’ first semester fee payment remains valid until the conclusion of their first semester.
• Outstanding fees must be settled before resumption for all categories of students.

Important Notes for Parents

• Parents must ensure students resume only on the dates specified for their levels.
• Students arriving earlier than their scheduled dates will not be received on campus.
• School fees schedules are available on the Babcock University website.

Online Registration

The portal for online registration remains open for all students. Completing necessary registrations online before campus resumption is highly encouraged.
