Students are required to present the following:

• Industry Letter: A formal letter from the industry where the IT was completed.
• IT Summary Report: A detailed report covering the one-year IT experience.
• ND II Final Year Result: Evidence of the ND II final academic performance.

Venue and Supervision

• Location: Defence sessions will take place within each department.
• Supervision: Heads of Departments and Programme Coordinators will oversee the process.
