2. National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology

• Duration: Two years of coursework + one-year SIWES.
• Requirements: Five credits in GCE, NECO, or WAEC (Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and English) at no more than two sittings.

3. ND II Direct Entry for Recertification of Registered Medical Laboratory Technicians

• Duration: One year.
• Requirements: Certification as a Registered Medical Laboratory Technician by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) and an academic transcript from the training institution.

1. Purchase Form: Visit the Accounts Department at the JUTH Old Site, Jos, to purchase the application form. Obtain the TSA payment procedure before payment.

     • ND Medical Laboratory Technology: ₦10,000
     • ND Environmental Health Technology: ₦10,000
     • ND II Direct Entry: ₦50,000
2. Complete the Form: Fill out the application form and include the following:
   • Required credentials
   • Proof of payment
