3. In the “Who do you want to pay?” field, type and select “Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo”.
4. For “Name of Service/Purpose”, choose “Student Charges”.
5. In the “Description” field, enter “Acceptance Fee”.
6. Enter your full name, phone number, email address, and the specified amount.
7. Complete the security verification (check “I am not a robot”).
8. Click “Submit” to generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number.
