How to Check the NCE Part-Time Admission List

Physical Location:

• Location of List: The NCE Part-Time Admission List is posted at the SIWES Block (behind the staircase, opposite the Undergraduate Unit Notice Board). Admitted candidates can visit this location on campus to view the list.

Online Portal:

• Student Portal: Applicants can also check their admission status through the Federal University of Education Zaria Student Portal.

• Steps:

1. Log in to your account on the Federal University of Education Zaria Student Portal.

2. Select the Admission Tab.

3. View your admission status.

• Candidates are encouraged to print their Acknowledgement Slip for record-keeping.

1. Collect Admission Letter:

• After confirming your admission status, proceed to the Part-Time Unit to collect your official Admission Letter.

2. Screening Process:

• Present the Admission Letter at the Part-Time Unit for the screening process.

• Ensure all required documents are available for verification, as the screening is mandatory to complete registration.

3. School Fees Payment:

• Following a successful screening, candidates can pay their school fees at ZAFEC Micro Financial Bank, located on the university campus.

• Flexible Payment Option: The Acting Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Suleiman Balarabe, has introduced a semester-based payment option. Students can pay their fees in two installments, allowing for greater financial flexibility.

Important Dates and Commencement of Lectures

• Classes Start: The NCE Part-Time Programme classes for the 2024/2025 academic session will commence on 6th December 2024. Candidates are advised to complete all admission and registration steps before this date to ensure they are prepared for the start of lectures.
