How to Check Auchi Polytechnic Admission List

For Higher National Diploma (HND) applicants, the HND admission list is also accessible via the same portal.

If you find your name on the admission list, take the following actions:

1. Visit your department for clearance to confirm eligibility.
2. Accept the admission offer online.
3. Pay the required administrative charges.
4. Register for courses online.
5. Print two copies of your registration form and submit them to your school officer.

Note: Complete these steps promptly to avoid cancellation of your admission.

• Eligibility Requirements: Candidates who fail to meet O’Level or ND entry requirements after paying administrative charges will lose their admission and any payments made.
• Scam Alert: Beware of fraudsters claiming to represent Auchi Polytechnic. The institution does not charge fees for admission corrections, registrations, or result processing. Avoid sharing personal details or making payments to third parties.

Next Steps on JAMB CAPS

Candidates admitted into the ND programme should log in to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS):

1. Log in with your JAMB username and password.
2. Navigate to “Check Admission Status”.
3. Enter your JAMB registration number.
4. Choose to ACCEPT or REJECT the admission offer.
5. After acceptance, print your JAMB admission letter for further processing.
