The University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has opened its supplementary admission process for the 2024/2025 academic session, providing an opportunity for candidates not initially offered admission to apply for other available programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered, candidates must:

• Have a minimum UTME score of 160.
• Score at least 120 in the Post-UTME.
• Meet the relevant UTME subject combination for their chosen programme.
• Be 16 years or older by 31st October 2024.
• Have five O’Level credit passes as specified by UNIPORT’s entry requirements.

Application Process

1. Visit the UNIPORT Website: Access the supplementary admission portal for the application procedure.
2. Login and Apply: Use your details to log in and follow the application steps outlined on the portal.
3. Select a Programme: Check the list of faculties and available programmes for supplementary admission and make your selection.
4. Upload Results: Ensure your O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB CAPS portal.

Application Deadline

• Closing Date: The online application will close on Monday, 11th November 2024.

Admission Acceptance

• Candidates offered admission will receive a departmental change request on JAMB CAPS. To confirm admission, applicants must click “Transfer Approval” on JAMB CAPS to accept the offer.
