The Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) College of Nursing Sciences is inviting applications for its Basic Midwifery programme for the 2024/2025 academic session. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring midwives who meet the entry requirements.
Entry Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Five credits in not more than two sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Results from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB examination boards are accepted.
Application Process
Follow these steps to apply:
- Pay the Application Fee: A non-refundable ₦7,000 fee via the Remita platform.
- Generate Remita Payment:
- Go to the Remita portal and select “Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto” under the MDA menu.
- Choose “UDUTH School of Midwifery” as the service option.
- Generate and pay the ₦7,000 Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
- Collect Receipt and PIN: Present the payment receipt at the UDUTH School of Midwifery cashier to receive a cashier’s receipt, serial number, and PIN.
- Access Application Form: Use the provided serial number and PIN to log in to the UDUTH Basic Midwifery application page.
- Complete and Submit the Form: Fill out the form accurately, submit it online, and print a coloured copy to bring on the entrance examination day.
Important Dates
- Sales of Form Start: 2nd December 2024
- Sales of Form End: 6th January 2025
- Entrance Exam (CBT): 11th January 2025
