The Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, is now accepting applications for its 2025/2026 Post UTME screening exercise. If you’re aiming for National Diploma (ND) admission into PTI, pay attention — here’s everything you need to know.

Who Is Eligible?

You can apply if:

• You scored 130 or above in the 2025 UTME
• You selected PTI as your first choice in JAMB
• OR you’re willing to change your first choice to PTI via JAMB CAPS before the screening

Important Dates

🧾 How to Apply

1. Visit the PTI website: www.pti.edu.ng
2. Click on “Programmes” → “National Diploma” → “Apply Here”
3. Fill in the “Post UTME Applicant Sign On” form
4. Generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
5. Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee at any bank or via card/online banking
6. Return to the site → Go to “Students’ Menu” → “Applicant Login”
7. Log in using your JAMB number and details to complete the screening form

What to Bring for Screening

Bring physical copies of the following:

• Printed Remita payment slip
• 2025 JAMB result slip
• WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level result(s) (can be “awaiting” but must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS)
• Recent passport photograph

Important Notes

• Use a valid email and phone number. PTI will use them for all communication.
• Ensure all documents match your JAMB profile (names, photo, details).
• Double-check your form before submission. No edits after submission.

If PTI is your backup school, you must change it to first choice on the JAMB portal before the screening date, or you’ll be automatically disqualified — no second chances.
