Required Documents for FUE Zaria Admission Screening

When attending the screening, bring original copies and photocopies of the following essential documents:

1. 2024 JAMB DE Slip: Official JAMB Direct Entry slip.
2. SSCE Results: WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent certificates.
3. Primary School Certificate: Proof of primary education completion.
4. NCE/Diploma/IJMB Certificate or Statement of Result: For Direct Entry or relevant certifications.
5. Online Application Form: Printout of your completed application.
6. Proof of Payment: Evidence of ₦5000 for EIDF and ₦2000 screening fee paid at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank.
7. JAMB CAPS Update: Proof that A’level and O’level results have been uploaded on JAMB CAPS.
8. Indigene Certificate: Certificate showing state of origin.
9. Birth Certificate or Age Declaration: Age verification.
10. Reference Letter: Stamped letter or letterhead from a recognized individual.
11. Other Relevant Items: Any additional documents that support your application.

How to Complete Your FUE Zaria Admission Screening Application

Follow these steps to complete your screening application:

1. Visit the FUE Zaria Portal: Go to the university’s portal.
2. Create Your Profile: Click on the application form link to set up your profile and generate an account.
3. Update Profile: Complete your profile with the necessary information.
4. Generate Payment: Obtain an invoice for EIDF and credential screening fees.
5. Make Payment at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank: Print the invoice and pay the required fees.
6. Complete the Application: Print out your completed online application form for submission at the screening.

Important Note for Applicants

Change of Institution: Candidates who did not originally select the Federal University of Education, Zaria, as their first choice must visit a JAMB-accredited CBT center to change their institution preference to FUE Zaria to proceed with the application.
