• Candidates must have five credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, obtained in not more than two sittings.
• The required subjects include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• The JAMB subject combination must include Use of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• Candidates who did not select EKSU as their first choice must update their JAMB CAPS profile to reflect EKSU as their preferred institution.

1. Visit the EKSU Online Application Portal.


2. Click on the “ADMISSION” section to access the application page.


3. Sign up by providing an active email address and phone number.


4. Verify your account through the confirmation link sent to your email.


5. Log in using your email or JAMB registration number and the password created during sign-up.


6. Select the 2024/2025 PUTME application option on your dashboard.

• 7. Enter your JAMB registration number.
  • For those who selected EKSU, details will populate automatically.
  • Others must manually input their details.

8. Click “PAY NOW” to make the required payment for the PUTME screening form.


9. Complete the application form and upload a 1″ x 1″ coloured passport photograph with a red background in JPEG format.


10. Upload O’Level results from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.


11. Review the application, confirm all details, submit, and print the completed screening form.
