📝 How to Apply for Edo State Polytechnic HND Form (Full-Time)

Follow the steps below to successfully apply:

1. Prepare Before You Start
   • Ensure you have a valid email address and a working phone number.
2. Visit the Application Portal
   👉 https://edopoly.waeup.org/applicants
3. Create Your Profile
   • Enter your First name, Middle name, Surname, Email, and Phone Number.
   • Your login ID and password will be sent to the provided email.
4. Login to Continue Application
   • Click ‘Login’ (top-right corner of the portal).
   • Enter your username and password to access your dashboard.
5. Fill Application Form
   • Click ‘Edit Application Record’ and fill in all required information.
6. Upload Passport Photograph
   • Upload a recent, clear 5” x 5” coloured passport photograph.
   • Note: This photo will be your valid ID throughout your time at the polytechnic.
7. Make Payment
   • Click “Add Online Payment Ticket” at the bottom of the application page.
   • Then click “Pay with Interswitch” at the top-left corner.
   • Pay the application fee using any ATM-enabled debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Verve) from any Nigerian bank.
8. Review and Submit
   • Click ‘Edit Application’ to preview and confirm your details.
   • Submit your application. No changes will be allowed after submission.
