1. Obtain a Bank Draft: Secure a Bank Draft of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira only) from any deposit money bank (microfinance banks are excluded).
2. Make the Bank Draft Payable: The Bank Draft should be made in favor of Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro.
3. Submit the Bank Draft: Present the purchased Bank Draft to the Bursary Department at the university to receive a receipt.
4. Collect the Application Form: Visit the Office of the Directorate of Part-Time and Diploma Programmes (Old Library) to collect the application form.
