The Gombe State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Kaltungo (CHSTK) has announced the availability of its Higher National Diploma (HND) admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session. Qualified candidates interested in advancing their education in health sciences can now apply for the HND programs available at CHSTK.

Available HND Programmes at CHSTK

CHSTK offers two primary HND programs for this academic session:

1. Higher National Diploma in Health Information Management (HND-HIM)

Candidates applying for the HND in Health Information Management should meet the following entry requirements:

• Completion of a National Diploma (ND) in Health Information Management.
• Possession of a valid practice license.
• Presentation of a JAMB admission letter or proof of admission regularization.
• Submission of evidence of a one-year mandatory industrial attachment (SIWES).
• Five credits in WAEC/NECO, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, in no more than two sittings.

2. Higher National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology (HND-EHT)

Applicants for the HND in Environmental Health Technology must fulfill the following criteria:

• Completion of a National Diploma (ND) in Environmental Health Technology.
• Possession of a JAMB admission letter or proof of admission regularization.
• Evidence of completion of a one-year SIWES.
• Five credits in WAEC/NECO, covering English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, in not more than two sittings.
