There were two main versions of this logo used throughout the 1990s:

In 2003, the Energy Star logo was updated to a more modern and streamlined version that remains in use today. The logo now features the “Energy Star” text and star enclosed within a sky-blue square, with the star situated at the end of the wordmark. The “Energy Star” tagline is written in capital letters using a minimalist sans-serif font, providing a more contemporary and professional look.
