Lagos City Polytechnic (LCP) is Nigeria’s first private polytechnic, accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and affiliated with Southwestern University of Nigeria. Established in 1990 by Engineer Babatunde Odufuwa, the polytechnic offers a range of National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs, both full-time and part-time. National Diploma (ND) Programs
- Duration: Full-time (2 years) or Part-time Weekend (2 years, 3 semesters per year)

Entry Requirements:- Five O’ Level credits in subjects including English Language, Mathematics, and three others from: Economics, Business Methods, Principles of Accounts, Commerce, Government, Statistics, Geography, etc.
School of Engineering & Applied Sciences
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Statistics with Computer Science
Entry Requirements:- Five O’ Level credits in subjects including Mathematics, English, Physics, and two others from: Chemistry, Further Mathematics, Economics, Biology, etc. For Electrical/Electronics Engineering, one of the additional subjects must be a basic science.
Higher National Diploma (HND) Programs
- Duration: Full-time (2 years) or Part-time Weekend (2 years, 3 semesters per year)
