The Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo (FUHSO) has officially released the cut-off marks for the 2025/2026 academic session. All UTME candidates seeking admission into FUHSO undergraduate programs must meet these minimum scores to be eligible for admission consideration.

FUHSO Cut Off Mark 2025/2026

The general cut-off mark for FUHSO admission is 180 and above. However, some competitive courses such as Medicine and Surgery, Pharmacy, and Nursing require higher cut-off marks due to their popularity and academic demands.

Meeting the cut-off mark is a crucial first step, but it does not guarantee admission. Candidates must also satisfy other admission criteria, including post-UTME screening and relevant O’Level requirements.

UTME (JAMB) Requirements

• Minimum UTME score of 180 for most courses; Medicine and Surgery require at least 240.
• Five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in relevant subjects, obtained in not more than two sittings.
• Science courses require credits in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• FUHSO must be chosen as the first-choice institution in JAMB. Applicants who initially picked another institution must process a change of institution.
• Candidates must be at least 16 years old by admission time.

Direct Entry (DE) Requirements

• Minimum of two A-Level passes in relevant subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
• ND, HND, or B.Sc. holders with a minimum Upper Credit in relevant fields.
• NCE holders with Merit in related science courses.
• Five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Participation in FUHSO’s screening process is mandatory.

Candidates who meet these requirements should proceed to obtain and complete the FUHSO Post-UTME application form to increase their admission chances.
