Electrical Engineering is the branch of engineering that deals with the study, design, development, and application of technologies that involve the generation, transmission, distribution, and utilization of electrical energy. Electrical engineers design and develop electrical and electronic circuits, devices, and systems.
Like the other branches of engineering, electrical engineering is a five year course in the university, including a period of Industrial training (IT). It requires a good background in Mathematics and physics.
