First Semester Schedule

12 August 2024: Online registration opens for returning students.
28 October 2024: Resumption for all students.
4 November 2024: Lectures commence.
24 November 2024: Registration closes.
9-22 December 2024: Period for course editing.
23 December 2024 – 5 January 2025: Christmas and New Year break.
6 January 2025: Classes resume post-holiday.
13 January 2025: Convocation lecture.
14-16 January 2025: Convocation ceremonies.
14 February 2025: Lectures end.
17-21 February 2025: Lecture-free week and GST exams.
24 February – 8 March 2025: Undergraduate exams.
10-15 March 2025: Faculty of Education core course exams.
15 March 2025: Semester ends; students depart, and registration for the second semester opens.
17-28 March 2025: First semester break.

Note: Throughout the semester, statutory meetings include faculty board meetings on the second Wednesday, inaugural lectures on the first and third Wednesday, and senate meetings on the last Wednesday of each month.

Second Semester Schedule

15 March 2025: Online registration opens for the second semester.
31 March 2025: Resumption and start of lectures.
27 April 2025: Course registration deadline.
5-18 May 2025: Course editing period.
4 July 2025: Lectures end.
7-11 July 2025: Lecture-free week and GST exams.
14-26 July 2025: Undergraduate exams.
28 July – 2 August 2025: Faculty of Education core course exams.
2 August 2025: Semester concludes, and registration for the 2025/2026 session begins.
2 September 2025: BCOS begins results consideration.
8 August 2025: DLI residential program starts.
13 September 2025: DLI students depart.
24 September 2025: Senate meeting for results consideration.
27 October 2025: Proposed resumption date for the 2025/2026 session.

The second semester similarly includes monthly meetings, inaugural lectures, and timely results uploads within two weeks post-exams.
