Resumption Date & Schedule
The resumption for 100-level and Direct Entry students will take place over two days to ensure a smooth entry process:
Tuesday, 15th October 2024
Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Important Resumption Instructions
Upon arrival, students are required to:
- Proceed directly to their assigned halls of residence: This is the first step in securing accommodation on campus.
- Present proof of fee payment: Students must show their payment receipt at the residence hall before they can access their rooms.
- Complete fee payment before arriving: Only students who have paid their school fees will be granted access to the university premises. The complete fee schedule is available on the Babcock University Website.
Payment Process for Fresh Students
The payment process at Babcock University is simple and can be completed in the following steps:
- Log in to the portal and click on the “Next” button from the congratulatory message.
- Upload your JAMB admission letter by clicking “drag and drop files or browse.”
- Proceed to the acceptance fee window and click on “make payment.”
- Pay the acceptance fee and download your receipt.
- Make additional payments for school fees by selecting the “make additional payment” option on the menu.
- After completing the payment, fill out the acceptance form.
Final Admission Process for the Last Batch
The admission process is still ongoing for the final batch of qualified students. These students are advised to regularly check their status and complete their acceptance procedures as soon as possible. Upon accepting their JAMB admission letters, they are expected to resume immediately.
Items Allowed on Campus
Students are encouraged to bring the following items to ensure a comfortable stay on campus:
- Bedding: Bed sheets, pillowcases, and mattress covers with zippers.
- Clothing: Corporate wear (both African and English styles), including shirts and trousers for men, and skirts for women (minimum 3 inches below the knee).
- Essentials: Laptop, laundry bag, towels, toiletries, soap, study lamp, electric kettle.
- Other items: Flashlight, pressing iron, alarm clock.
Items Prohibited on Campus
For a smooth resumption and compliance with university rules, avoid bringing the following items:
- Inappropriate clothing: Jeans, short skirts, female trousers, tight clothes, low neckline outfits, and revealing attire.
- Jewelry and excessive makeup: Babcock University enforces a conservative dress code.
- Prohibited items: Cooking utensils, personal furniture, candles, weapons (including knives), boiling rings, and bottles of bleach or other chemicals.
- Unapproved grooming styles: Bushy hair and beards are not allowed.
