Biochemistry is the branch of science that studies the  chemical processes occurring in living organisms. It combines the knowledge of Biology and Chemistry to explore the structure, functions, interaction and mechanisms of biological molecules.

A student of Biochemistry is awarded a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry at the end of four years of fervent fervent study and rigorous training.
