Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, you must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (earned within the last 5 years) from an accredited university with English as the medium of instruction
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Be a citizen and resident of Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, Djibouti, or South Sudan for at least 5 years
- Show strong leadership potential and commitment to community service
- Be from a financially disadvantaged background
